How long does it take for my name to appear on the database?

Once your registration, payment, and course completion are received you name will be on the database within 48 hours.
The database updates every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday night at midnight.

How long does it take my completion card to be mailed?

The completion cards are mailed out within 10 days after you appear on the database.
Usually the cards are mailed out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday via USPS.

How long is my card good for?

Each course you take is good for one-year. You will receive a new card each time you go through a railroad course. The back of your card will show the date that the course was taken, the card expires 365 days from the date the course was taken.

Do I have to take all of the courses at the same time?

No, you only take the test of the corresponding railroad that you will be working on. You can take one or all of the Courses.
